How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How long does it take to get a refund?
According to the CCBill website (Refund Timeframes), "It typically takes the banking system 7 to 10 days to return credited funds back to your account. Please understand that CCBill has no ability to hasten this process. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your credit card issuing bank for exceeding your account limits or overdrawing your account."
You can of course contact me if your seeking a refund for some reason. Please also understand that it may take me some time, up to 72 hours, to reply depending on any other tickets ahead of you. You can of course contact CCBill directly (Contact info at the bottom of this page.), however, they only refund based on the accessibility of the site and not a dissatisfaction of the sites content or user experience.
Chargebacks
If you decide to do a chargeback your account will be closed. Those cost me money in fees and if you don't even attempt to work with me then I don't want you on the site.
How do I cancel my reoccurring subsciption?

My CC was declined, what do I do?

My account has been banned, what do I do?
You should have received a reason why and the length of the ban when you attempt to log in. If you want to dispute this, use the form below.

You can adjust what email or text notifications you receive from your account settings page. Login and then use the small hamburger icon on the top right and select settings.
